Mystery Team Solve: Team Treasure Hunt — 90 to 120 Minutes of Immersive Fun
This team treasure hunt turns any gathering into a live-action detective adventure. Suitable for 6 to 6,000 guests, with teams capped at 6–8 people per group (ensuring every guest participates, no one spectates), the experience works equally well indoors or outdoors. The program is designed for corporate events, weddings, birthday parties, holiday parties, conference breakouts, school field days, nonprofit galas, and private celebrations of all kinds — anywhere you want a high-energy, collaborative challenge.
How It Works
Your group receives a custom mystery — choose from Murder Mystery, Cyber Heist, Treasure Quest, or Art Theft — complete with a branded backstory, a set of clever clues, and hands-on challenges tailored to your event’s goals. Professional actors portray characters from the story and guide teams through the experience. Using the clues provided, teams search the venue for challenge stations where they interrogate suspects, solve physical or intellectual puzzles, or perform timed tasks. Each completed station earns a letter; teams then unscramble the final anagram to solve the mystery and win the game. This blend of deduction, movement, and teamwork keeps participants fully engaged from start to finish.
What Is Included
- 1 Host — an experienced event leader who sets the stage and keeps the energy high.
- Facilitators — one professional facilitator for every 20–30 participants, ensuring smooth station management and rule guidance.
- Interactive Icebreaker — a warm-up activity that quickly forms teams (a wristband method is used for groups of 80+).
- Custom Challenges — a mix of physical tasks and intellectual puzzles on themes such as Hacker, Time Traveler, Superhero, Survivalist, and more.
- QR Code Quests — modern digital treasure maps that lead teams to clues and challenges.
- Brain-Teasing Puzzles — fun, educational conundrums that test logic, creativity, and cooperation.
- Medals — awards for the top three finishing teams.
- Hard-Copy Materials — every team receives printed clues, puzzles, and instructions; all materials are included in the price.
Event Themes & Customization
Each mystery can be themed to match your event: a Murder Mystery for a Halloween party, a Cyber Heist for a tech conference, a Treasure Quest for a company retreat, or an Art Heist for a museum gala. The challenges are experiential learning exercises that encourage communication, problem-solving, and collaboration — ideal for leadership development, new-hire onboarding, or simply building stronger bonds among colleagues, friends, or family. All puzzles and storylines are fully customizable to your group size, location, and desired difficulty level.
Why Teams Are Limited to 8
Research shows that in teams larger than 8, engagement drops and some members become passive observers. By capping teams at 8, every person has a meaningful role — solving puzzles, acting as a clue runner, or presenting findings. This structure maximizes participation and ensures the experience is as rewarding for introverts as it is for extroverts.
