What Is Included
Production of a wedding slideshow video featuring sixty of your selected photographs. Professional scanning of any printed photographs you provide. Retouching of photos that need brightness, contrast, color correction, or minor damage repair. Background music selection from your preferred playlist or from a curated wedding music library. Animated transitions between photos and synchronized music cuts. Custom titles introducing each chapter - for example "Growing Up," "How We Met," "Engagement," "The Wedding Party". Two DVD copies handed to you at the wedding, plus a digital MP4 file you can keep on your computer or share online.
How the Slideshow Plays
The completed slideshow is delivered on a USB drive or DVD and played on a big screen at the wedding venue - usually during the cocktail hour as guests arrive, during the dinner portion of the reception, or as a rehearsal dinner highlight at the night before. The slideshow runs roughly five to seven minutes for sixty photos, paced so each image has time to register without dragging the room's energy. The DJ or AV provider plays the slideshow file through the venue's projector and sound system.
What to Send for Production
Please send sixty photographs at least four weeks before the wedding date. Photos can be sent digitally (any format - JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF) or as physical prints that will be scanned and returned to you intact. Suggested narrative arc: ten photos from each partner's childhood, ten from how the couple met or the early relationship, ten from the engagement or proposal, ten from the wedding party introduction, and ten favorite candid photos from the relationship. Music selection: pick three or four songs that mean something to the couple - the soundtrack will be edited and synchronized so transitions land on beats.

Travel within a standard East Bay radius is included; further-out events carry a transparent mileage fee quoted up front. Peninsula and San Francisco events please inquire for adjusted pricing. Bookings start with an inquiry through the EIM platform with your date, venue, and approximate guest count. A short reply confirms availability and outlines what is included for your tier. Once a date is held, a signed agreement and deposit secure the booking. A planning questionnaire follows so any specific song requests, music genres, monogram designs, color preferences, or cultural touches are correct on the day.
Cancellation + Date Changes
One date change is accommodated subject to availability without an additional fee; subsequent moves carry an administrative fee. Cancellations within thirty days of the event forfeit the booked amount. Bookings are confirmed by signed agreement and deposit.
