What Is Included
Setup and breakdown of the projector and lighting equipment at the venue. Custom design of your monogram - initials, full names, wedding date, or a graphic of your choice. On-the-night operation of the projection including color changing through the primary wedding colors, fading effects, and optional moving-graphic animations. All commercial-grade projector and lighting equipment. Coordination with the wedding coordinator and DJ on placement and timing - typically the monogram is projected onto a feature wall near the head table, the cake table, or the dance floor wall during the dinner and dancing portions of the reception.
Wall Projection vs Dance Floor Projection
Wall projection uses a standard projector and supports moving graphics plus color changing - your monogram can fade through your wedding colors, animate, or shift between two graphics through the night. Dance floor projection (sold separately) requires a special light and a custom-made gobo, which fixes the color, font, and graphic but creates a stronger overhead effect on the dance floor itself. For most weddings, the wall projection is the higher-impact choice because guests see the design throughout the dinner portion when they are seated facing the head table.

Designs are confirmed during the planning meeting and produced ahead of the wedding day - please send your monogram artwork or design notes at least three weeks before the event.
Design + Customization
If you do not have a monogram designed already, please send your initials, names, wedding date, and any graphic preferences during the planning meeting. The design will be drafted from those notes and shared for your approval before the event. Designs can incorporate florals, scrolls, geometric borders, modern typography, hand-lettered styles, or simple two-letter monograms - the wall projector supports any vector or raster graphic.

Travel within a standard East Bay radius is included; further-out events carry a transparent mileage fee quoted up front. Peninsula and San Francisco events please inquire for adjusted pricing. Bookings start with an inquiry through the EIM platform with your date, venue, and approximate guest count. A short reply confirms availability and outlines what is included for your tier. Once a date is held, a signed agreement and deposit secure the booking. A planning questionnaire follows so any specific song requests, music genres, monogram designs, color preferences, or cultural touches are correct on the day.
Cancellation + Date Changes
One date change is accommodated subject to availability without an additional fee; subsequent moves carry an administrative fee. Cancellations within thirty days of the event forfeit the booked amount. Bookings are confirmed by signed agreement and deposit.
